Solution Sales Specialist
The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high-margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.
Key responsibilities include :
- Driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-margin sales opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our remote guarding, mobile guarding, and security technologies.
- Engaging in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions that showcase clear business value.
- Working closely with the Vice President of Client Solutions and Area Vice Presidents to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales operations to commercialize new solutions and drive go-to-market success.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably in security, surveillance, or SaaS environments.Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions.Consultative selling approach with a focus on building long-term client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Why Join Us?
