US Immigration Attorney - Associate / Senior Associate - US

Base pay range : $125,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Location : U.S.-based opportunities (Hybrid & Remote options available)

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
  • Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
  • Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing the firm's commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

What You Bring to the Team / Qualifications

  • Bar Admission : Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
  • Experience : 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
  • Technology-Driven Mindset : Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation. Familiarity with Vialto's tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication & Collaboration Skills : Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and work effectively with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
  • Commitment to Accuracy & Compliance : Strong attention to detail in legal filings and a deep understanding of U.S. immigration policies.
