The Attraction Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by closing deals with new clients. This role will involve managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with the support of a sales development team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are qualified, nurtured, and moved through the sales process efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to measure success.
- Client Acquisition :
Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads and build relationships with potential clients.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Gatemaster's value proposition.Negotiate contracts and close deals.Collaborate with sales development representatives to identify and prioritize leads.Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills.Industry Engagement :Represent Gatemaster at industry trade shows and conferences.
Network with potential clients and industry professionals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Qualifications
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the enterprise sales and the attractions or ticketing industries.Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with clients.Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).Willingness to travel as needed.Apply for this job
