The Office of Enrollment Management assists prospective students and their families in their decision. Working with students from the first time they inquire to the time they arrive on campus. The Admissions Office Coordinator plays an important role in supporting these efforts by welcoming visitors, setting up campus visits, gathering materials for campus visitors and assisting with communication. The role includes training program, so no prior admission knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Support-Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manger; answer the main admissions phone; answer questions in person and on the phone, and direct individuals to appropriate staff.
- Scheduling- Create the campus visit schedule by contacting faculty, student experience, and other appointments as requested.
- Visit Day support -Assist with setup and tear down of visit days. Put together materials, packets and other items needed for campus visitors and visit days.
- Communication -Visit with families and share with the why Stephens is a great choice. Email students the details of their campus visit. Assist with student facing communication when appropriate.
- Collaboration - Participate in pre-visit day meetings; follow-up visit day meetings with tasks that are assigned.
