We are seeking an Inside Sales / Design Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Assist homeowners / builders / designers / fabricators in selecting Natural stone and Quartz Slab Materials (countertops) for their projects
• Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess customer's needs to make relevant merchandise / design suggestions
• Maintain appearance and organization of products in showroom
• Complete quotes, sales transactions, and processing of payments in a timely manner
• Stay current on all product knowledge to better communicate features and benefits to help build customer knowledge and confidence in our products
• Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team members
• Perform additional duties as required or requested
