Position Summary :
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Facility Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our healthcare center. This role goes beyond routine cleaning — it includes basic handyman duties, equipment upkeep, environmental safety, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and operational at all times. The ideal candidate will take initiative, be responsive, and have a strong sense of ownership over the physical space of the center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and sanitize patient and staff areas daily
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Perform basic repairs (e.g., wall touch-ups, faucet fixes, furniture assembly)
- Keep stretchers and equipment cleaned and ready
- Inspect the facility regularly for hazards or maintenance needs
- Coordinate with vendors (HVAC, pest control, etc.)
- Maintain and reorder facility supply inventory
- Assist with office setups and light furniture moving
- Report serious repair issues to administrator
- Support all facility-related tasks and projects
Requirements :
2+ years in facility maintenance or handyman-type roleBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systemsAble to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the dayHealthcare experience preferredSelf-starter with attention to detail and good communication
