Williamson's AC Contracting in White Settlement, TX is looking to hire a part-time Bookkeeper / Accountant to perform bookkeeping and general accounting duties including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

In this part-time bookkeeping position, you play a crucial role in the success of our company's operations through great customer service and the use of QuickBooks. You process all accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing. With close attention to detail, you also assist in processing company invoices for projects. As our expert on all things accounting and bookkeeping, you patiently and accurately provide our customers with answers to their questions. You also manage all sales tax reports and payments as well as enter weekly timecard data and run payroll. You enjoy providing superior customer service and using your strong organizational and analytical talents to help our company succeed!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT

• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities in QuickBooks
• Associates degree in accounting or equitable experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid social security number
