What You’ll Do

Event Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute conferences, trade shows, and internal events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

Sales Enablement : Develop, organize, and maintain sales materials, presentations, and other collateral to support sales teams.

Process Management : Implement and improve marketing processes, workflows, and systems to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Customer success, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Project Tracking : Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Reporting & Analytics : Track key performance indicators for events and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements : Who You Are

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operation, event coordination, or similar role.

Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, project management software, marketing automation tools).

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Problem-solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving processes and systems.

Education : A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
