Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerTake accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate team membersCheck and respond to office voicemail messages each morning, particularly those received after business hoursReceive and sort all incoming mail and packagesMaintain a clean and welcoming front desk area, including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, watering plants, and dusting as neededEnsure office supplies are fully stocked and reorder when lowPerform daily tasks to maintain a clean and organized office environment, including unloading and reloading the dishwasher, resetting conference rooms after meetings, etc.Assist with seasonal office activities, including decorating the office and helping plan and execute holiday events and celebrationsAct as the on-site point of contact for the upstairs executive office rental space. Responsibilities include answering tenant inquiries, directing prospective leads appropriately, monitoring the cleanliness of shared areas, and coordinating with scheduled vendors as needed.What We’re Looking For
4+ years of office coordination, administrative, or front-desk experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Self-starter mindset with a “get it done” attitude and a sense of humor.Comfort with Apple products and Google Workspace a plus.Education : High school diploma (or equivalent) required.Benefits : (waiting period may apply)
