CRS Construction Project Manager Lead (Everett)

Job Description

Oversee a team of Project Managers across the country to execute on construction projects on time and on budget.

Maintained executive level relationships to drive initiatives in a loosely defined system

Educate teams on construction PM best practices, and helping them navigate challenges and obstacles

Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complex and challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

Consult and recommend integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to manage projects in alignment to best practices across the industry

Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the projects and all deliverables

Travel Expectations : Extensive regional travel is a requirement for the Project Management Lead. It will include regional flying and driving to sites to support your Project Managers. When the Project Management Lead is not travelling, they will be expected to work on site at their primary location. Should expect up to 75% travel.

Skills and Requirements

8-10 years people leadership experience in a Program Management

5-8 years in construction management

Leadership experience, specifically, leading strategic development, developing performance metrics for a team of Project Managers

Experience navigating complex organizations, and driving alignment across different levels of leadership

Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.

Expert project management skills, specifically communication skills, project planning, risk management and capacity planning

Ability to educate teams on PM best practices and secure buy in.

Great communication skills and has experience being the liaison between the technical teams and the business units

PMP Certification / waterfall practitioner

Fluent in standard communication and workplace tools (Microsoft products) Analytics, data and reporting experience

Multi-site Facilities or real estate experience
