A company is looking for an Organizational Readiness Partner to lead cross-functional projects that enhance operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to apply and refine the Organizational Readiness playbook across projects
Facilitate planning and execution activities, ensuring alignment on objectives, risks, and project milestones
Manage project status reviews and RAID items, providing timely updates and facilitating continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Psychology preferred
5-7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a project or program management role
Proven experience leading complex initiatives, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
Hands-on experience with organizational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
