Job Summary

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead the site EHS function , including team leadership, hiring, performance management, and capability building.
• Champion an interdependent safety culture through visible felt leadership, coaching, and consistent standards.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, environmental).
• Oversee risk assessments, safety reviews, audits, and training programs to proactively mitigate hazards.
• Manage regulatory and corporate reporting , permits, metrics, and corrective actions with rigor and transparency.
• Drive waste management and sustainability programs (e.g., "zero to landfill") through a crossfunctional Green Team.
• Maintain and advance ISO 14001 certification in partnership with site and corporate leadership.
• Implement contractor management policies and ensure thirdparty compliance endtoend.
• Align EHS goals with the site operating model; lead problemsolving and incident learning to improve performance.
