We are looking for an experienced Large Format 5-Axis CNC Router Programmer and Operator to program, set up, and operate our advanced CNC router for composite mold design and part fabrication. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NX CAD and NX CAM software and a strong background in 5-axis machining for composite materials. This role will involve close collaboration with our design and production teams to ensure precision and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program large format 5-axis CNC routers using NX CAM to create molds and parts for composite lamination and trimming.
• Utilize NX CAD to interpret and modify 3D models and technical drawings for machining processes.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate 5-axis CNC routers, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts to verify adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize toolpaths, machining strategies, and production workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming, tooling, or machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and document CNC programs, tool libraries, and machining processes for repeatability.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
