A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
Conduct market research and analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation practices
Provide expert consultation to HR and management on complex compensation issues, including union negotiations
Required Qualifications
5 years of compensation experience, including data analysis and knowledge of compensation systems and wage laws
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field is preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred
Experience in compensation within a healthcare environment is strongly preferred
Experience supporting union bargaining, including costing and modeling
