Our client, experiencing rapid growth, is seeking multiple Billing Analysts to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in billing, accounts receivable, or invoicing who are proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, generate, and process invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing questions or issues
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and account activity
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing reports
• Support finance and accounting teams with ad hoc billing-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
