You will act as a liaison between our customers and their clients, collaborating with multiple parties to manage the process from beginning to end. Responsibilities :

• Secure new accounts and ensure customer retention.
• Identify reputable strategic partners using company tools.
• Negotiate rates with customers.
• Follow up with customers and business partners.
• Communicate with customers daily to track the status of projects and provide timely updates to customers.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions.
• Enter data in the internal CRM system in real-time.
• Attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline using the company CRM application.
• Work cross-functionally to assist with customers.
• Conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and text to identify potential customers.
