The Opportunity
The Adobe Express and Engineering Platform organization is dedicated to building innovative products, accelerating release cycles, and ensuring reliability at scale. We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead multiple teams responsible for our core engineering infrastructure, including Developer Tools, Observability, Delivery Pipelines, Engineering Environments, Automation Frameworks, and End-to-End Customer Journey Testing.
This role requires a proven technology leader who can balance technical depth with discernment, articulating both a clear near-term action plan and a compelling long-term vision. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing DevOps and SRE practices to drive engineering productivity, while strategically demonstrating AI to unlock efficiencies and innovation across the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $179,300 – $354,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
