Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Annapolis, MD. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company's social media presence across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, engaging with the audience, and analyzing metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness, as well as engaging with store guests and assisting with daily store operations. This is a RETAIL position.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Strong Communication and Writing skills

Experience in developing Content Strategies

Ability to analyze metrics and data to drive engagement

Proficiency in using social media management tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
