A leading law firm has an immediate opening for a Consumer Finance Associate to join its team in Austin, Dallas, or Houston . This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a collaborative group handling complex and cutting-edge matters in the consumer finance space.

About the Role

The associate will be involved in :

Advising clients on consumer financial services compliance and regulatory issues .

Assisting with litigation and enforcement matters related to federal and state consumer finance laws.

Working on issues involving mortgage lending, credit cards, auto finance, student loans , and other consumer financial products.

Drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consumer financial services, litigation, or regulatory compliance (law firm or government agency experience preferred).

JD and Licensed and in good standing in Texas .

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
