Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm , is seeking a junior-level Associate Attorney to join their thriving Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Dallas or Denver . This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who's interested in engaging with some of the largest structured commercial real estate finance transactions in the nation.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 2–3 years of broad real estate finance experience in a large law firm setting
• Demonstrated experience with loan origination work for large-scale structured commercial real estate finance transactions , including mezzanine loans and preferred equity
• Experience with asset management and workouts is also required
• Ability to execute transactions on behalf of lenders , including secondary market repurchase facility work and other exit strategies
• Ambitious, with a strong drive to excel and contribute to the growth of the national practice
• Soft Skills : Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail
