Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support
- Accurately enter and process customer invoices and payments
- Maintain and update customer records (e.g., contact info, account changes)
- Reconcile accounts and verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to account inquiries and support internal teams with reliable financial data
HR & Clerical Support
Assist with organizing and uploading employee files and documentationCoordinate phone screens and follow-up communications with candidatesHelp launch job advertisements and maintain applicant tracking recordsSupport general office tasks, including document preparation, filing, and schedulingQualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in accounting or businessExperience in an office support or accounting support roleProficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinkingEffective communication skills and phone etiquetteAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with integrityBenefits
