Essential Duties :
o Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event strategy that aligns with marketing and company strategic objectives.
o Plan, manage and execute industry tradeshows, MacQueen hosted events, internal employee events, customer training and demonstration events, corporate memberships, and sponsorships.
o Serve as the primary point-of-contact for event marketing, maintain project plans, annual event calendar and documentation for all events.
o Manage end-to-end event logistics including hotel blocks, booth design, vendor management, signage, promotional items, shipping, registration, A / V, catering and onsite operations.
o Oversee contract negotiations with venues, exhibit houses, and service providers to optimize costs and deliver high-quality experiences.
o Develop staffing plans, schedules, and training for event attendees.
o Manage all event inventory including booth displays, signage, event presentations, videos, collateral, promotional items, etc.
o Research and recommend trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities that maximize visibility and lead generation.
o Establish event goals, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
o Partner and collaborate with individuals across our company and external resources such as marketing, senior leadership, human resources, sales, service and operations as well as our manufacturer partners to develop marketing and event strategies that elevate the MacQueen brand, increase customer engagement and drive lead generation.
o Develop and manage pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
o Ensure brand consistency across booth design, collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional items.
o Partner with sales to create strategies that capture and convert leads generated at events.
o Manage the MacQueen online employee brand store and program – a one-stop shop for MacQueen branded apparel, promotional items and other materials. Includes collaborating with our vendor to source new seasonal merchandise, promotional items, inventory management and employee points program.
o Present ideas, concepts and plans to internal and external audiences, and communicate with senior leaders about event and marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
o Track and report on event performance, ROI, and key learnings.
o Provide post-show recaps with insights and recommendations for improvement.
o Maintain a calendar of industry events and continuously assess opportunities.
