We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for engineering and a proven track record in account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, and driving sales in the engineering sector. You will work closely with our team of engineers to develop custom-engineered products that meet our clients' needs. You will also be responsible for project management, operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of our engineering solutions. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage key accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients in the engineering sector.

2. Collaborate with our team of engineers to design and develop custom-engineered products that meet our clients' needs.

3. Oversee project management and operations to ensure the successful delivery of our engineering solutions.

4. Drive sales and business development in the engineering sector.

5. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

6. Use AutoCAD software to create technical drawings and plans for engineering projects.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on the engineering sector.

3. Proven experience in designing and developing custom-engineered products.

4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.

5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.

7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Proven customer-facing experience, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

10. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
