Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to spearhead the planning, development, and launch of new assembly lines for cutting-edge products. In this pivotal role, you'll transform designs into reality by creating robust, efficient, and cost-effective assembly processes that deliver on safety, quality, and performance.

Schedule : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 / yr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and launch of new assembly lines for electric or mechanical systems.
• Define assembly processes, line layouts, workstation flows, and tooling requirements.
• Partner with design engineering to optimize products for manufacturability.
• Manage suppliers, equipment specifications, procurement, and validation.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new lines to meet performance targets.
• Prepare PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and validation documents.
• Support prototype builds, pre-production trials, and production launch.
• Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, safety, and ergonomic standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization.
