Telephone Operator

Rome Health is seeking an outgoing and motivated individuals with exceptional verbal skills to answer the telephone in a courteous and efficient manner. Good grammar, pleasant voice and the ability to handle many different tasks at one time are essential to ensure a positive first impression. You might need to schedule an appointment , have someone who needs to leave a message for a provider or they may need a question answered. These positions are very important to the work flow of our physician center and everyone needs to work as a team.

EDUCATION : High School Diploma or GED or equivalent in skill or experience.

EXPERIENCE : Previous telephone operator experience desirable. Familiarity with hospital procedures is also desirable.
