Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales representative for a Store Sales Manager position in Oceanside, CA. Our company, with over 50 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, is committed to providing quality customer service through effective sales procedures.

Summary : Provides excellent customer service by utilizing all sales procedures, answering calls, and setting appointments using Telephone Procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Make a high volume of warm calls to potential customers, demonstrating excellent phone sales skills and the ability to close deals in one call.
• Engage and consult with incoming customers in person and over the phone to generate and close sales.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow AAMCO sales procedures.
• Provide service recommendations.
• Manage workflow effectively.
