Insight Global is seeking to hire 3 senior / principal level software engineering professionals to support a 12-18 month contract on a greenfield new build project for a mid sized healthcare organization.

This is a fully remote contract.

This team will lead the ground up development of a healthcare billing system. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the central platform where patients manage everything from scheduling and billing to communicating with their care team and tracking treatment plans. The work directly impacts patient engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking individuals who have experience with the following languages : Node.js, TypeScript, and React. This is a backend focused position.

Requirements :

• 8–10+ years of experience as a software engineer, building and maintaining scalable, production-ready systems.
• Strong backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Frontend development experience using React
• Experience integrating third-party APIs in enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with microservices and / or event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience developing in AWS environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to align technical efforts with
• business goals.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) or medical billing systems is a strong plus.

Compensation : $75 / hr -$95 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
