Director of Transformation Programs

A company is looking for a Director, Transformation Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead governance and alignment for the GCC Transformation Portfolio, managing leadership forums and cross-functional program delivery

Oversee tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, and adoption progress across marketing, data, and technology functions

Drive integrated change management and communications across transformation programs, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy

Required Qualifications :

Doctorate degree and 4 years of program and / or portfolio management experience, or equivalent qualifications

8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in marketing technology or digital transformation

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business, data, and technology domains

Strong skills in governance operations and stakeholder management

Experience in integrated communications or change management for large-scale transformation programs
