Total Fire Protection is expanding rapidly, presenting an exciting and challenging opportunity to bring your fresh ideas, polished expertise, and collaborative attitude to support our growth. The Sales Manager at our Woodbury, NY location will be key in the development and expansion of services amongst our client base. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales representatives to play a key role in increasing income and revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Live Our Values!Understand Total Fire Protection’s strategy, business, and growth initiatives.Directly responsible to manage all day-to-day SalesResponsible for developing a solid and reliable topline sales pipeline.Outline clear sales goals for each team member and creates plans to achieve them accordinglyFocus on driving sales and tracking and analyzing performance against plan.Promote accountability to drive superior business results and execution of our business processResponsible for leading and driving a team of strong Outside Sales RepresentativesDevelop, inspire, and manage a high-performance teamOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Outside Sales RepresentativesPrepares sales report showing sales volume, closure rates and sales performanceReviews and analyzes sales performances against quotas and determine effectivenessIdentify and implement process improvements and best practicesStructure and conduct Sales Meetings as necessary.Ability to lead Sales presentations, team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, etc.Design and Implement Training Procedures for New Account RepresentativesMeet and exceed quarterly & yearly sales projectionsRequired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a consistent sales record of driving new business and 3-years with sales management experience is requiredDriven, a self-starter, who loves a challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and the business of our clientsSuccessful previous experience as a Sales representative and Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitment to the utilization of CRM platform for all levels of sales activityCommitted to continuous education in the industry through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented business environmentBS / MS degree in Business Administration or a related fieldCompensation / Benefits :
