Senior Marketing Producer (Global Campaigns & Localization)

Duration : 11 Months Hybrid Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Producer to lead and execute high-impact video marketing initiatives. This role will manage end-to-end production, oversee creative and localization processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Responsibilities : Cross-Functional Leadership : Build, manage, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners including Regional Teams, Product Marketing Managers, Creative, XFN Production, Legal, and Business Affairs teams. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and projects meet business objectives, timing, and budget requirements. Video Production Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of video marketing projects—from concept to delivery. Partner closely with external agencies and production vendors to produce and localize high-quality video assets. Anticipate potential risks or production challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Communication & Project Tracking : Provide clear, consistent updates to cross-functional leads on project progress, priorities, and risks. Maintain detailed documentation of schedules, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability across teams. Experience (Mandatory) : Experience in marketing production, with a strong emphasis on video content creation and cross-functional project management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale campaigns simultaneously from strategy to execution. Proven experience working closely with creative, media, and localization teams to deliver high-quality, globally relevant content. Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and performance marketing content requirements. Experience managing agency relationships, vendor contracts, and production budgets. Skills & Competencies : Proven success managing large-scale video campaigns and vendor relationships. Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand alignment, and creative execution. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working with global teams and managing localization workflows is a plus. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
