Description of the role

The Business Development Center Agent at Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc plays a key role in generating and following up on leads to increase sales and foster customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Qualifying leads and setting appointments for sales representatives
Maintaining customer databases and tracking communications
Following up with potential customers to drive sales

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
