Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client engagements for ESOP plan administration
Perform compliance testing, recordkeeping, distributions, and regulatory reporting
Identify and solve technical plan issues while collaborating with internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
4+ years of direct ESOP administration experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field
Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Word
Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
