About the Role

Adecco is hiring Quality Control Inspectors for a leading plastics manufacturer in Gahanna. In this role, you’ll ensure that products meet company and customer standards through inspections, testing, and documentation. What You’ll Do

Inspect plastic film and finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications

Use measuring tools and testing equipment to perform checks (thickness, gauge, strength, clarity, etc.)

Record inspection results and report non-conformances to supervisors

Work closely with machine operators and production staff to resolve quality issues

Maintain accurate documentation for audits and production records

Support safety and housekeeping standards on the production floor

Schedule

12-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM OR 8 : 00 PM–8 : 00 AM)

Rotating schedule : 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off

Pay & Benefits

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Temp-to-perm opportunity with career growth potential

Qualifications

1+ year experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred

Ability to read and interpret production orders, specifications, and quality standards

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

High School Diploma or GED preferred (experience may be considered in lieu)

Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers, calipers)

Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
