This role involves managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, sorting mail, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.

Manage scheduling of appointments and conference room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

A friendly and professional attitude towards clients and staff.
