Position Overview

The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects while also applying mechanical design expertise to develop, validate, and implement solutions. This role requires a combination of program leadership and technical design capabilities , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Contribute directly to design engineering activities : creating 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and performing FEA analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, manufacturing, procurement, quality) to ensure seamless execution.
• Interface with customers and vendors, serving as the technical and program liaison.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, BOMs, and progress reports.
• Drive problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all deliverables.
