Examples of Duties
- To Provided help desk by phone and / or email to all City staff. Which includes software, hardware, and network.
- Provides on-site technical support to all City staff.
- Check Windows update Server to ensure all network workstations are up to date with software patches.
- PC Technicians assist in creating help documents for both IT staff and City users.
- Check Library's Deepfreeze Enterprise console software updater
- PC Technicians assist as need the IT Network Technicians to help maintain the City's network and solve network issues.
- Handle departing user requests. Deactivating account access and returning IT equipment to inventory.
Qualifications
