• Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting
• Oversee leasing, collections, move-ins / outs, and resident improvements
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing Programs (Section 42)
• Coordinate inspections and respond to emergencies when needed
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership
