Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

We're looking for a sharp, strategic finance leader to drive our business forward. As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, partnering with senior leaders to turn insights into action. Through smart forecasting, data-driven planning, and bold analysis, you'll influence high-impact decisions and help unlock new opportunities for growth.

How You Contribute :

• Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Design, implement, monitor and report metrics to measure productivity across various departments and processes. Ensure these metrics align with strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
• Support M&A activities, capital planning, and investment analysis as needed.
• Other projects as assigned.
