TikTok Shop Manager

Our client, a global fashion powerhouse in Beverly Hills, is looking for a dependable, temp-to-hire TikTok Shop Manager with affiliate experience to drive brand awareness and sales!

Responsibilities :

• Conduct the development and optimization of social ecommerce initiatives on TikTok Shop.
• Enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve customer engagement through TikTok Shop
• Supervise TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok affiliates and content creators, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with influencers to develop creative content and campaigns that connects with their audience.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless affiliate tracking and payment.
• Create product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, maintaining accurate product descriptions, SEO-friendly tags, and visuals.
• Update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions on a regular basis.
• Troubleshoot product and order errors with a sense of urgency.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop.
