SeekOne Roofing is a PEOPLE-FIRST organization rooted in purpose, growth, and service. Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, and serving Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL communities, we are expanding and actively seeking a full-time Director of Sales .

This full-time position offers a total compensation package of $75,000 – $100,000 per year based on experience.

YOUR DAY AS A Director of Sales

As a Director of Sales, you will direct and oversee all roofing sales operations, ensuring your team is focused and driven to meet and exceed performance goals. You will spend your time recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring representatives, building a strong and motivated team that thrives in storm restoration sales. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, track daily activity, and supervise all sales-generating field activity. Your day will include leading daily and weekly meetings, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will coach team leaders to become stronger leaders themselves, while infusing your team with passion and motivation. You will also conduct regular training sessions to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge, and you will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to streamline processes and create the best customer experience possible.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday . Occasional weekends will be required based on business and client needs.
