Real Estate Coordinator

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading real estate brokerage, widely recognized for their success in both luxury residential and commercial markets. We are seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join their Commercial Division.

This high-visibility role offers an exciting blend of marketing support and operational coordination, working directly with top-producing commercial agents. The position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while delivering impactful marketing materials, managing listings, and supporting key initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main marketing support for top-performing commercial agents, producing custom materials such as brochures, e-blasts, offering memorandums, social assets, and proposals.
• Manage the listing process by preparing, syndicating, and maintaining listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, MLS and others.
• Coordinate and manage commercial events, monthly team meetings, and networking activities, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the graphics team and leadership to create new marketing assets, launch initiatives, and support events for the commercial division.
• Support operational needs including vendor management, lead distribution, commercial website updates, and onboarding / orientation for new agents.
