Construction Coordinator

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for tasks related to customer calls, project monitoring, tracking, coordination, estimate creation, documentation, progress reports, and project audit. General office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, are also included within this role. Site visits will also be required on a regular and recurring basis along with frequent customer communication and collaboration.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction

Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.

Enter lead / jobs into the operating system (Work Center) and make sure all information in the project is correct.

Collaborate with the mitigation team on potential construction leads and projects.

Ensure frequent job site visits and photographic documentation of progress.

Compensation : $60,000.00 per year
