Join a purpose-driven community of champions. Position Purpose : To implement performance improvement functions in accordance with written agency policies and procedures and accreditation standards. To support technical development and implementation of the software that supports the Electronic Service Record.

Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of basic statistics
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Essential Responsibilities :

Schedule : 8-hour shifts
