Customer Service Representative We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Glendale Heights, IL. This full-time, in-office role supports our e-commerce operations by providing exceptional service across more than 100 client webstores. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoy solving problems while delivering top-tier customer support, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities :

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and website.
• Process and release online orders to our warehouse team.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate special print requests and multi-address orders.
• Print custom labels for events and hotel deliveries.
• Manage canceled orders and assist with returns or exchanges.
• Navigate internal systems including proprietary web software and NetSuite by Oracle.
• Communicate between office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations .

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and web navigation.

Ability to manage multiple software tools, emails, chats, and calls simultaneously.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of professional office experience.

At least 1 year of customer support or administrative experience.

Experience in e-commerce or promotional products is a plus.

Direct Hire

100% onsite

Pay is $45k-$55k, depending on experience

Pay Details : $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
