We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Manager to lead Eberjey’s influencer program. This role will be responsible for owning and scaling influencer strategy — from gifting programs and organic partnerships to paid campaigns and long‑term ambassador relationships.

As part of the brand marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our paid media, affiliate, and social teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns and drive measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

Influencer Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy aligned with brand, paid, and affiliate goals.
• Manage full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, execution, and reporting.
• Build and scale influencer tiers — from VIP partners and mid‑tier creators to micro‑influencers — to support both brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives.
