Litigation Attorney

Well-established downtown Pittsburgh law firm seeks a litigation associate with 1 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and legal research and writing skills. Responsibilities will include handling a personal case load of litigation files, with oversight and mentoring from senior partners, involving levels of complexity commensurate with your level of experience, and providing second chair litigation support to senior partners, which would include drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs and legal opinion letters for matters pending in both state and federal court cases.
