Driving operational performance, quality, and positive employee relations.

Coaching and developing salaried managers.

Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

~5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a high-volume, multi-shift operation, including leading exempt-level staff.

~ Experience leading two layers of management
