Salary Range
The hiring target for this position is $140,000 to $215,000 per year.

Job Description
The Managing Director, Seattle Station Operations reports to the President and assumes overall responsibility for building and leading McGee Air Services operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture of safety and compliance and ensure focus on employee safety in all levels of the organizationDevelop positive relationships with customers, reinforcing our commitment to customer service and ensuring that we are establishing, and achieving required levels of serviceDeveloping and managing relationship with airport authorities within all assigned stations to include security, TSA, real estate and maintenance operationsReinforce strong working relationships with Human Resources, Safety, Training, Alaska counterparts, customers and other engaged third parties (i.e. GSE providers)Develop, implement, and oversee daily operational performance to ensure stations meet / exceed performance and scorecard metricsEstablish and manage financial and productivity goals to ensure stations meet / exceed budget targetsEstablish and maintain a leadership style that encourages communication at all levels and where employees feel valued, connected and engaged in the success of the operationEstablish a culture of continual improvement to ensure optimum efficiency, productivity and financial performance at stationsDevelop and mentor team members to facilitate diversity, succession planning and career progressionHire, coach and develop leaders throughout the organization for alignment, growth and engagementDesign, implement, and oversee procedures for new station operationsAct as liaison for all stations and regions to ensure appropriate support services are providedFoster and maintain an environment and culture that exemplifies McGee's values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability and PridePerform additional duties as required for success of the businessQualifications
Required
8+ years of hands-on operations leadership experience, including experience leading large teams of union-represented employees, and leading multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment3+ years in a leadership roleExperience with building, developing, and overseeing ground service teamsWorking knowledge of fiscal control systems, staffing processes, safety and security complianceWorking knowledge of safety management system (SMS) and airline security compliance requirementsAbility to travel extensively, as needed, to support the success of the operationAnalytical and excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent strategic development skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in the best interest of the companyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred
Aviation, Transportation, or related industry experienceBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceAdditional Information

Work Location
This position is based in SeaTac, WA, relocation assistance is available.
