As a Customer Service Manager | Warehouse Manager, you'll report to and be a strong partner to our Delivery Market Manager, joining a team of five leadership peers who work collaboratively to lead and inspire a team of over 60 staff members. Your individual focus will be leading and developing of 10 Customer Support Associatesthose who guide and educate customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Location : 4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN

Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday (TuF 9 : 30a6p, Sa 8 : 30a5p), with additional hours and flexibility as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
