Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create strategic plans for mutual success
Stay informed about product updates and provide insights to customers on leveraging solutions effectively
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, while gathering feedback to advocate for customer needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in internal / external audit, risk management, compliance consulting, or customer success in a SaaS environment
Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Google Business Suite, MS Office, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and deliver compelling presentations
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
A genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement
